Has anyone else who has taken Macrobid experienced an increase in their neuropathy?

I have a UTI(urinary tract infection) and am in my 4th day of 100mg 2x daily and my neuropathy has ramped up fiercely. I did read the side effects and it is possible but I have taken this medication before and never experienced this.
The only thing I can think of is, it may be reacting with the Tamoxifen I started a month ago.

Would be interested in hearing if others have experienced this and did it resolve when you stopped?
