I have found that accepting those moments of dizziness and just stopping movement for a few seconds helps me quickly get over it and move on. I am hardly even aware of these issues because I expect them and stop for a moment and go on.

Others have had similar residual dizziness issues that they have learned to accept and minimize.

It helps to learn to be purposeful with movements rather than reactive or instinctive.

I've lived with these issues since a bad reaction to anesthesia in 1987. They don't stop me. They just cause me to be aware of my movements.
