This is good news for a change…
My agent spoke to someone else and I guess they did start the process on Wednesday after all and my sr-22 insurance is already active. They already sent the certificate to the NH DMV so I'm just waiting for my clearance letter.
Because of all the phone calls I've made, I know that the NH DMV sends the clearance letters out as soon as they get proof of the sr-22 insurance. I could get it any day now. The rest of my paperwork is in order so I can hit the DMV to get my license back as soon as I get the clearance letter.
Hopefully when I get there, they don't tell me I have to come back in 24 hours because they have to update the system
I'm not in danger of insurance cancellation either. An agent with my insurance carrier will keep an eye on things to make sure the transition between the two policies goes smoothly.
So this ****ing horrible confusing mess is looking like it will be over soon

I'll be stalking the mailman again
