I'm running out of Natures Bounty fish oil 1290mg caps and was thinking about switching over to Krill Oil. I noticed, however, that Krill has considerably less DHA and EPA per volume or serving.

I was thinking about switching over but not sure which brand to go with or if theres any major difference. Or whether or not it should contain Astaxanthin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.......
