krill oil has less per capsule because the fatty acids are in a form that is highly absorbed from the GI tract...so hence less is needed.
We used MegaRed for several years, but now Costco has their own label of 500mg caps... so only one a day of this costs much less.
Krill is easier on the stomach too for those who seem to have "fishy burping".
