I think primarily anxiety, headaches and stress. Possibly for decreasing dizziness too.

Edit:

I wasn't ever formally diagnosed with vestibular migraines. One doctor initially said I might be having vestibular migraines. While, another doctor refuted him. The most recent doctor never really said I did as far as I remember. However, he did say he prescribes this drug to concussion patients.

If it isn't a vestibular migraine, it is something else that is related to my impaired vestibular system.
