Hi Diandra,

I use coconut oil for both cooking and most of the time I put it on my skin twice a day. I've found putting it on my skin works better than cooking with it because it absorbs faster and goes through the blood stream building up ketones. If you are interested just put some on your legs and feet twice a day in the morning and then later in the evening. I have found that buying the organic coconut oil that's like Crisco that you use to grease pans with better than the liquid coconut oil but everyone body chemistry is different.
