So far I notice it fights the fatigue slightly. I get a sinus like headache and dizziness after long days (and bad days). This drug seems to cloud out the negative sideffects. It's not perfect. On day three I still have a dilated pupils, a slight feeling of nausea, loss of appetite and loss of sex drive
