I would suggest going to the doctor. I get all sorts of weird pains cause by my RSD...just the last couple of days I got these odd pains in my legs (both even though RSD is in my left) but they passed fairly quickly so I'm ignoring it as more bizarre behavior from my body. If it's particularly severe then you should get it checked out to see if something else is causing it. The good news is that if it is something else then there are most likely treatments and it will heal. Sorry that you are suffering right now and I hope you get relief soon.
