Hi,
My pain increases during winter and again in spring/summer. It takes a couple weeks to get used to hot humid summers and air conditioning. I dress in layers year round to try to manage symptoms and take break through pain meds as needed.
I hope your pain will decrease soon. Hang in there. I know every increase in pain can temporarily derail us. I hope your pain will decrease when your body acclaments to these changes.
I also experience terrible "pain flashes" where I start sweating profusely and turn a bright red in face and and upper body, when my body reacts to temperature changes. This can also happen for no apparent reason also.
God bless,
Rain
