Macrobid (nitrofurantoin) is not a fluoroquinolone:

Fluoroquinolones have a fluoride in them.

Only a few are available in the US.
The chemical structure of fluoroquinolones is much different from nitrofurantoin (Macrobid)

However statins are far more destructive.
