BF,
Try not to worry about how long this feeling better may last. Sometimes just that alone can bring your mood down.
At the end of each night I often thank God for getting me through today; then add "please help me with tomorrow". I know you are a man of faith. He is with you through it all.
Take it "One Day at a Time".....
