I believe its possible for you to take both the lamictal and the topamax.

I would really go about suggesting this to your doctor.

Suggest it this way.

The lamictal for depression and mood stabilization.

The topamax at a low dose hopefully 50 to 100mg for migraines.

I'm not sure how high of a dose of lamictal you take. But I do
know of some kids that take both lamictal and topamax for seizures
and migraines.
