In response to a recent PM request from a NT member I had a look for sites which can annotate raw 23andMe SNP data.

Promethease (Promethease) looks reliable to me. It is cheap ($US5 per run).

I did a test run using the raw 23andMe SNP datafile which the NT member sent me.

I think that the output was clear and commendably cautious about the possible risk factors (both negative and positive) of SNPs reported by 23andMe.
