I've been using promethease for years. It's definitely one of the best snp databases particularly for PD patients (they have good coverage of the PD related snps). It works very smoothly with the 23andMe data set.

I also highly recommend utilizing the Firefox browser add-on SNPTips, which makes it so easy to see your results for any snp when reading any article online related to genetics.
