Congratulations
A mommy of four
All above info on the money
Remember to feed YOURSELF HEALTHY FOODS
as the baby depletes from you
Any extra weight WILL shed as your body returns back in place
Remember
EVERYTHING get pushed aside
Literally pushed aside to make room for your growing baby
You are now moving into the next trimester
And then the third where all they do is put weight on
Is this your first child
Will you breast feed
Just an FYI
If you decided to breast feed
You will drop weight with the help of the little one sucking all the good stuff from you there is information on this
I myself breastfed all four of my babies
My eldest for 8 months
Second 24 months
My third six months
My last 33 months
It all depends on the child
When they are ready to give it up
But there wasn't much to lose
when I gained the expected weight
It came off quickly
After the delivery of my last child
Fourteen years from my third child
The nurse entered my room
I just delivered two hours prior
All ready showered waiting for Corissa
Asks
Why was I there and what procedure I was having done
I replied
I just had my baby girl
I have stretch marks from hip to hip
Each stretch mark telling a story
Have no fear
Know the baby is taking all it can from you
So you MUST eat healthy
Good times ahead
Wishing you a loving experience
It okay to bottle feed
Even in that case you could pump your milk if YOU choose
I say this with no pressure
Bottle fed babies in my personal opinion can bond with their baby
Just as a breastfed babies do
It is the act of HOLDING the child
And NOT propping the bottle for them to suck from themselves
A very dangerous practice I see so often
it is frightening
If your body was ready for this baby
You are on point
NO PREASSURE
whatever makes YOU feel GOOD
many good wishes with your baby blessing
Love
Me
