i live in FL & have to be very careful in the heat. i need to do things in the AM & schedule appts early in the day. i drink a lot & also find that cooling collars work well.
if i don't plan well i can get almost paralyzed. i get very weak & fatigued.
my vision can even change. it's just bad. and, running too many errands where i have to get in & out of the car is bad for me.
take care out there guys. ps....walmart has these cooling collars & i thought they used to be about 5 or 6 dollars.
