Do you check your BP at home to make sure it is not running too high/low? Sometimes the doses need to be adjusted or meds need to be withheld some days because BP is too low. You can ask your PCP if he thinks those meds are playing a role in your heat sensitivity, and ask for advice.

In the meantime, maybe some gatorade along with the water?
