My COPD meds have all turned on me, pulmonologist sent me to ER this spring and told the doctor there was nothing to be done for me besides keep me comfortable. I later discovered it was a worsened sensitivity to inhaled steroids making my airways swell so my breathing deteriorated.

I'm fine now. If you are sensitive to meds be sure you stay on top of it because particularly if you have a chronic disease, they will tend to blame symptoms on disease process.
