Tried both. I was not yet diagnosed with a RSD when I saw them and none knew what was wrong with me. The chiro blamed my feet, told me to get walk fit inserts. The PAIN and agony skyrocketed afterward. I bought piles of inserts thinking this was the solution based on his direction, lol, NO, inserts cannot fix allodynia, foot drop, hammer toes, floppy ligaments, sprains, and all the other symptoms/problems I had from RSD. Would I recommend chiropractic treatment? Not at all.
I also saw two acupuncturists and did have a few hours of minor relief, but that minimal benefit was not worth the outrageous expense.
