If I were you I would stop contact sports. Looking back after this ordeal I realized that I had PCS symptoms throughout the last 15 years, I just didn't attribute them to concussions sustained in boxing (mostly eye issues). I did boxing and MMA stuff on and off for most of my life.
Thanks for your input. Yeah I think you are right. I plan on stopping Muay Thai/Kickboxing and taking on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instead (in a few months).

I think it would be awesome if some of you tried my tips out for a week and let us all know how you feel. And as I`ve said, do the cardio only in your comfort zone. If you feel terrible doing it and get really nauseous and stuff then stop. Try to start with light walking.
