I'm sure your doctor will set it up for you. I haven't had it, so I can't give you any details.

Make sure that you rest up before the surgery and try not to exacerbate MG in any way, such as being out in the hot weather!

Any surgery involves damage to peripheral nerves. It would help to take methylcobalamin B12 for a few months after the surgery to help heal those nerves.
