Symptoms often increase during the first week. Concussion is a process, not a momentary event. There is a cascade of chemistry that follows the injury.
A CT at 27 hours is fine. If you get an severe increase in intensity with your headache, start slurring your speech or loose motor function, especially if one side works different than the other, get to the ER immediately.
The cabinet bump is not a risk.
