You don't ask a question so I'll just volunteer some ideas. I'd suggest you get a Social Security Disability application started. At one year post job, this is the right time to start.

You don't say what treatment you received ? Any neck therapies ? What kind ?

Vestibular therapy ?

Vision therapy ?

What other therapies or treatments ?

I suggest you read the Vitamins sticky at the top. The struggling brain needs extra nutrition.
