It is difficult to understand what your complaints are. The right brain/left brain sensation is something I have never heard of.
It would help to not use emoticons and bold in your posts. Many of us have vision struggles that are made worse by emoticons and bold.
It appears you walked into an aluminum ladder, maybe while you were looking away so your neck was twisted away. The right arm/hand can be due to a neck injury. Neck inflammation to just one side of the neck could possibly cause a differential in blood flow to the brain.
Have you sought any professional help with a neurologist or even just a PCP ?
