Default 6-7 Months PCS..can I work out now?

Still feeling strong dizziness, mental fog, memory loss/forgetfulness, ears ringing, and bad neck pain (I have to crack my neck constantly throughout the day and it physically just feels out of place). I've been getting out of shape because I haven't been really doing any physical exercise cause I constantly feel like crap. If so, what am I allowed to do? I know I probably can't run, because when I'm out in the backyard with my dog and run around with him for a little bit I get pretty dizzy. Would I be able to go on a stationary bike and also lift?

On top of this, what should I really be doing all day? I'm basically on my computer all day because I'm home and I'm a computer science major (18 yrs old), and I simply want to heal as much as I can before I get back to school. If anyone can help me out with a simply guideline, that would be awesome. I've been following the vitamin regimin besides curcumin because I'm not sure what that really is. But would anyone be able to help me figure out the best possible way to heal up? I have about a month and a half until I'm back at college, so help would be very much appreciated.
