Ladies,
My food plan for a little more than two years is Intermittent Fasting (18:6).
It fits with my sleep and work patterns (no time for lunch most work days).
My first meal of the day is after six o'clock p.m. Then I have a second small meal around midnight. So am eating in a six hour window.
I feel better when I do this . .. .approx five of the seven days a week.

I eat beans and lentils and occasional meat or eggs or yogurt but I eat lots more carbs than someone on atkins or eco-atkins (Atkins for vegetarians)
