Get up when you wake up. Trying to sleep after a natural wake up messes up the sleep mechanism. Find something to do in the morning. Try to eat as soon as you get home then have a small snack before bed. It is often difficult to get good sleep with a full stomach. Digesting food takes a lot of energy. That energy is needed by the brain for good sleep.

Don't lay in bed unless you are sleeping. If you don't fall asleep within 15 minutes or so, get up and do something boring/non-stimulating with the lights on low and go back to bed when you feel sleepy.

You need to find a way to delegate some of your work load at work. Let go and let others do as much as they can. I stopped having employees to manage because my mind got too wrapped up in the anxiety of employees.
