Hello Scoots86: Welcome to NeuroTalk! I'm still pretty new here myself. I'm an older person now. But I have also struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. In fact it goes back to before I have any memories at all, I believe. I've been in a couple of car accidents over the years... one serious one many years ago. Plus my spouse & I were rear-ended a few months back. Fortunately that one was fairly minor. It did some damage to our vehicle. But we weren't hurt.

I'm quite certain I've had a few concussions over the years. For much of my life, the seriousness of concussions was not really recognized. So no attention was paid to head injuries unless they were really traumatic. I have Meniere's Disease, which is a condition of the inner ears. And possibly as a result of that, but also of other stuff, I experience a kind of low-grade dizziness & fogginess, as well as some not-too-serious balance issues pretty-much 24/7.

It does take time to get over the effects of being in an auto accident & also of having a concussion. So I hope that you will be able to be gentle with yourself & allow yourself the time you need to heal. (And keep up with your doctor too if things don't seem to improve.) I send healing thoughts your way... with the hope that you will begin to feel better soon.
