Okay drumroll. I've weighed myself about 2 times a week. But that
is because I'm really surprised. I've hit 195 to 198 many times. Without
shoes. Which is what the doctor's off weighs in at. Just to have a idea
I've also weighed some with shoes on at same time. But the last two times
I've weighed with shoes it was 199 and 200. Wow, I might make my
goal for my appointment this month.
