I'm glad it brought back some good memories for you.

Several years ago my old boyfriend and I went to Mexico. We stayed in a friend's house. I think we went in July. Anyhow, it was hot as heck and the man didn't have a/c in his house. I didn't know I had MS at the time but knew that heat really bothered me and I would get tremors and blurry vision in the heat. I did something similar as you did with the wet sheets and the fan. It was the only way I could cool down enough to sleep. I love having a/c!!! I am spoiled by it. Heck, we all are.
