If you think this is allergy related, then try the Singular. You will know in just a couple days at most. I personally don't see allergies "causing" autonomic dysfunction. It's not going to hurt to try the Singular. There are also OTC allergy meds like Zyrtec, etc.
I don't think my neuropathy "disease" is because of allergies. I do wonder sometimes if I have mcas though. I do know that when I am suffering from allergies it takes a huge toll on my whole body resulting in a worsening of all my symptoms.

My issue is that I do not know if I am really having asthma as diagnosed by a pumunoligist who did a lung function test and spent 5 min. with me with no interest in my papers I brought that had my diagnosis of SFPN. I need a second opinion on that. When I asked if it could be my autonomic system shutting down my breathing she stood up, opened the door, and said no.

Also the humidity and heat has been terrible for me to breath.

Along with the full body nerve pain, I have orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, and random spells of dizziness at any time- usually from sitting to standing, but sometimes when I am standing it comes out of nowhere.
By the time I get upstairs to my bedroom, my heart is working incredibly hard like I just went for a run, but also I could be perfectly relaxed trying to go to sleep and my heart will be labored.
