Roxie - ask him/her about the Duragesic Patch or it's generic form which is called Fentanyl Transdermal System which is the same thing only cheaper (but they are still high!).
I've been using these patches for over 5 years and get excellent results without any side effects other than constipation which I manage with OTC stuff from my local drug store. They may not work for you but if they do you will be well pleased....it's worth a try. Good luck.
