Default Updated quality measurement set in PD
What's Changed

The main enhancements from the 2010 quality measures are the promotion of tailored exercise for all patients with PD and mention of access to interdisciplinary care and discussions of advance directives and advance care planning. Documentation of falls was moved from a process measure to an outcome measure, with the goal of reducing or eliminating falls.
