Having to deal with a rude inconsiderate neighbor
Since moving to this floor now having two bed room opposed to a studio literally one room three of us
On point
There began to be a sort of a problem
Not remembering the damage she caused to my floors
Having left her tub fill with water and forget and falls asleep
causing major water damage

Renters insurance I have
While the short lived time in the studio
I suffered water damage and the insurance was used for the vey first time having renters insurance since I was twenty two
I know a long time
Never having to have to use it
I was covered for the damages
And the owner matched what the insurance paid
As it wasn't much

When coming to the ninth floor
And the situation I was in with this so called accident
would have been believable but other circumstances personal ones
Such as knocking on my door looking for drugs
Such for pain not once but twice and doesn't remember
After the flood into my apartment
My damage was NOT covered because it was to close to the last
situation on the sixteenth floor
That was a burst pipe

She forgets the start of our neighborly introduction
Back in march the noise that elimates from her bedroom
Right above my room
The layout exactly like mine
She is up and down all hours in a twenty four hour period
Mostly up in the evening

When it became out of control in volume
Dragging her furniture after 11:00 PM
Is unexceptable
And the sound of what i can just imaginge being like a
bag of pebbles in a sock and dropping it with rhythm
as to attract her dog
I say this because when getting our dogs attention we would use his squeaky toy

After 11:30 news I turn off the TV meditate a bit
And she starts

Having gone to apartment twice at two in the morning
Was enough
I then took it to management
I was told by management to call security
This I did at 1:30 AM
Having just about falling asleep she starts
I have it recorded including calling the security guard John
and told him I was instructed to call him first

Well he calls me back
Begins to say
She was bloodshot and a bathroad on
"Like I woke her up"
I then told him about what I have done
Until
I was told by management to call him
With his insinuating
I am wrong
According to his "assessment" of someone who lives in her bathrobe is in my opinion an addict and alcoholic shows anger since asking her to please stop whatever it is she does after 11:00PM ISN'T unreasonable
We were suppose to meet sometime this past week
Called management
Nobody home
Then when I started up again
Having to live with the disruption and harassed
with malicious behavior
Has increased in intensity
For some who do terrible things
For blank and giggles
You fill in the blank
our security guard basically said
It isn't her
Yet did not want to listen to the recording
She is out of control at times

It took my child to tell him
My mother isn't hearing things
I hear it also

Why are some so warped
And have nothing better but be rude
and out of control
It's in the lease
To be respectful to one other
Never having spoken for any length of time
Just hello goodbye
The noise has got to stop
And calling security as I was instructed to do so the next time she does it
Did not turn out well
So what to do
I won't bother security
I will call the police
It just an aweful situation
What to do till Monday

No sleep
Will try and sleep now
She was just terrible
And security made his assement
Without hearing the recording
