I know the cabin fever feeling. You are right, shopping total cures that as well as being able to hang out in the a/c at the stores. The frozen food section is a great place to be this time of year. It's full of perimenopausal/menopausal women, thyroid patients, MS patients, and any other patient that can't tolerate the heat.
I don't really have money to spend at the store but it really is nice to be in their a/c. It's always cooler in the stores. Movie theaters are great for that too; however, I can't sit for an entire movie. I have to move around.
We had a cold front come through. It was in the 70s/lower 80s! It was such a treat and yet, such a big tease as I know there are at least 3 more months of heat before our brief winter.
