A lot of people end up on the yo-yo dieting. It's so hard to lose weight and keep it off. The two weeks I did my South Beach Diet was my 1st diet ever. I was very disciplined while on it, but have had zero willpower since. If that's any indication of how things will go, I will end up with a yo-yo of my own.

You're buying prepared food, but think of it this way: you're buying it from a health food store, so it doesn't have all the sodium and preservatives you would be getting from items off the regular grocery store shelves or freezer.

A couple of months ago, we got a prerecorded message from our local police department warning us that there were a lot of break-ins in our neighborhood. I think it was pretty great that they went out of their way to warn us. There's not much you can do if you have expensive rims though. If your neighborhood is going south, and you can afford to convert your carport to a garage it may be worth it.

I hope you have your walking buddy tonight
