I'm sorry that your friend is in hospice. I'm glad that you're going to be pampering her today. It will be a nice bonding experience for the two of you as well. It sounds like she has an excellent support system, and I'm happy to hear that

I wish your friend would join up at your gym. It's good to have a buddy to help motivate you.

It's so hard to feed two cats separately when they have separate needs. They may be creatures of habit, but they also may end up sneaking food from one another despite those habits. Hazel will get what she needs.
I spoil out cats, but not everyday. My husband likes to play with them, and usually chooses the day I vacuum to dump piles of catnip all over them, and the floor
