That was a lot of work:
1. doing inventory
2. getting mold off.


You might consider leaving the garage situation and start fixing one or two
windows at a time. (The windows are part of your security too.)
Most likely you need a city permit for the windows.

(Hubby and I have hurricane impact windows.)
