B6 is a hot topic on the net.. people are everywhere with
elevated levels. I suspect the testing is just not really reliable.

It is puzzling that low B6 causes a neuropathy as well as high out of range (when used in high doses for a long time) use.

If you are concerned, you can use an active form called P5P.

It is thought that the active form is "safer" since studies don't show which type really is being reported during the studies.

You could just use a modest dose of a quality type like B-Right by Jarrow once or twice a week. If you see improvements you will have an answer of sorts.

Pyridoxine is inactive until activated in the body and B2 (riboflavin) helps with that.

I do think that since these tests are not commonly done by labs, that the procedure may not be tip top accurate. Vit D3 was reported in error twice each for a year long by Quest and the stories reported on the net.
