Yes kay I am thinking that a text is the right way to go. 
I am very hesitant to call my pdoc at this time....I don't want to change my meds. Of course kay I know that I should do this but am not going to call.

There is a flash flood watch this morning, it is pouring. Jeff looked on the radar and it is at least clear at the beach so maybe we will drive out of it????
