Nucleolar/speckled ANA patterns can indicate both scleroderma (which seems to have been ruled out) and polymyositis.
Polymyositis comes in many forms. One, called dermatomyositis, includes blue-purple discolouration on the upper eyelids as a clinical sign. This fits with (your words) "
my eyelids are purple".
