Four times trying to go to sleep last night
Only for the above tenant be malicious after our meeting yesterday morning was enough
Then after office hours a wave of dirty water wash on to my terrace video I took all the animal hair and their urine and poop as the dog goes out on the terrace
Not something permitted
Hence after office hours
And up until 2:30 in the morning
After turning off the TV at 11:30 PM
Three hours trying to go to sleep
my blood pressure through the roof 155/100
Because of pain and could or rather would not take anything as my next dose is at 7:00 in the morning
And finally after all the racket above me was all i could stand
I called the police department
Is this now something We have to live with
I don't think so
The video was sent to security so he could document it
This after our meeting with management hoping to resolve it
Not a chance after her reaction and removed herself before the meeting was over as her lies caught up with her
Ready she was to place a complaint on me and my family with the police department
And her own lies stopped her lies stopped her in her tracks

Never had i or my family had any issues with the above tenant
And just because she has been here for many years and i come to find her not in a stable way
I fairly new in this building read my lease
Is not a reason to behave in such a manner
Not after coming from a brand new building and the slumlord loosing his building to his shortcomings because it found out how he built it
With no retaining wall and zero insulation water penetration to the point rent was not increased until fixed this went on for many years
Having had that experience and now this
Is just a little bit to much
Was awakened by abrupt noise coming from above me as I am sure is retaliation
I just do not get it
At the meeting having my child and grandchild with me
And reminding her this a lesson to my child and grandchild

There were many times I would ask My family to knock it off and it not be them
My childs room is at the opposite end of my room at the end of the south side of the building
There is only one other floor and that is above me

Why should anyone have to be subjected to utter disregard to the surrounding tenants
Does she think because she is here for so long and get away with the things the she is doing because of her time here
I think not
But this is what I will have to deal with
To plug my ears I tried
They hurt after a while
And I hurt enough already
What was upsetting to me is my body was beginning to experience pain at that time my last dose for the day is 7:00 PM
THAT'S 7 1/2 hours later and not wanting to start my body on a different cycle does not do me well
I do not want to ever take any of my medicines earlier then when I must
My body has its own internal clock set
And having to take a painkiller will do nothing but make my body want medicine at a time I should be asleep

My child was up with me until the police department came that was 25 minutes after my call
That is considered quick
Especially for a noise complaint
This I know working with the police department
My previous job with the city I lived in and having to leave after 46 years
and it to be like this is more than I can stand

My health to be affected by others who haven't the common courtesy for a fellow tenant
Having gone to her twice before in the wee hours of the morning to and ask her to please stop whatever it is that she is doing
Taking the proper steps hoping to rectify such behavior was not successful
Protocol that is how I am handling it and she just will not honor to quiet down after 11:00 PM
I DO NOT THINK THAT THIS IS UNREASONABLE request
Yesterday was the icing on the cake WITH THE DIRTY SOAPY WATER all on my patio furniture
Just do not get people in today's world
And I was asking my granddaughter to knock it off when hearing the thumping
when my daughter telles me she is playing quietly with the Legos
Not anymore
I am certain this will be ongoing
She had no reguard when at the meeting
And lied to the point she was found in her own lies

Without having to go through the trouble of taking it to court
because when asking for a handicap parking spot my car was retaliated upon and my car keyed

Calm when evil is testing my patience

And my health is not able to handle this kind of disturbance
If I were the old me it would have been ugly

I told her I am glad she understands that two wrongs do not make anything right
However to be able to stand in the truth is all that matters
and hope it prevails
