I'm no expert in this field, but I've heard it's harder for the brain to use one eye at a time than two.

I also am doing vision therapy. I just started a few weeks ago. Some of my symptoms are better, some are worse. It's no overnight fix like I thought it would be. I got lots of hard work to do.
