Hi Vowel Lady,
It's been a long time. How are you doing?
I get migraines and cluster headaches as well as ATN and when it all flares up around my left eye it is literally hell on earth. I now have Occipital Neuralgia as well so the pain will go around my eye and up over the top of my head to the back causing occipital pain or cervical migraines.
I have talked with a lot of other TNers that suffer from migraines as well and both run in my family. Have you tried Triptans? That medication helps a lot of people with migraines. For me they can last days on end and it doesn't seem there is anything that helps. I get light sensitivity, blurry vision, nausea and vertigo with these flare ups. It is a lot to handle.

I've always had bad trouble with migraines.
The two seem to play off of each other at times.
Even if the facial neuralgia (sometimes doc calls it atypical TN) is doing a little better on a particular week, if I get a migraine it might act up or vice a versa.
I am often in pain. I guess I'm frustrated. I've had some whoppers lately.
Anyone sometimes see a correlation between the two?
