I walked out side a few mins ago to say hello to the moon and to
thank it and the rest of the heavens.

I took my resperdal very early and without any other meds -- like 6:00 p.m. and
noticed three hours later that I was sort of getting sleepy.


Of course I missed that moment and the klonopin moment as well.
I do not want to resort to some Ambien crumbs but I might.
Time for bed.
