Default sleepy on the Ritalin?
Hi,

The Lunesta caused a small leg cramp the first morning.
Today the leg cramp was in the other leg and lasted longer and thus was
rather annoying.

Today I took the Ritalin for the first time. I took 1/2 of a 10 mgs tablet.
Forty-five mins after I took it, I had to sleep.
The nap lasted two hours!!!
