Yes, I had a normal MRI and like others it showed little to nothing other than spots in the front near my nose which I though was funny seeing I smelled metal right after I fell like someone stuck a pipe up my nose.

The neurologist said most likely that was blood and I was smelling the iron in it... that makes sense.

Had a CT and X-ray... none of those are sensitive enough to show the things a DTI scan shows.
