The magnesium lotions really don't have much in the way of explanation of what is really ABSORBED.

You'll just have to try them on say one foot or one leg and see what happens.

I looked up Amigel and it does not really say if it carries the target molecules thru the skin. It is mostly a cosmetic item to apply to the skin which is different. Cosmetics usually don't carry thru but just sit on the top of the skin.

I know the lotion I have (a stockpile of discontinued Morton's) does penetrate, as I get a healthy strong response when I use it, often within 1/2 hr. But the CVS one I had in the past which is also gone, didn't do that. It had a different lotion base I guess.

Getting the magnesium thru the skin barrier is really the clincher.
