I'm sure you'll get better too.
You may have stood up too fast after a long while lying down in a hot bath, which most likely caused a temporary disturbance in blood pressure but definitely not a new onset of PCS.
I have to agree that the anxiety that it created might come in play here. Make sure you adress that. Hang I there.
